*If you book on any other day beside WEDNESDAY, your appointment will be automatically cancelled. * Summer Discount Service that will save you time and money! You will be able to choose how many inches you would like up to 24 inches, 3 bundles and your style of Craft Curls or Silk Pressed. Any additional bundles will be purchased separately. Closures? We sure do have them. That will also be a sold separately and that will be an upcharge on the service of $30. Please confirm with the stylist before booking this service to make sure and guarantee you are provided with everything you need including the hair and the correct price.
Cancellation Policy
Welcome to the Luxury Natural Hair Life! PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS IN FULL BEFORE BOOKING AND/OR SUBMITTING AN INQUIRY. FAILURE TO MEET ALL TERMS WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL FEES AND/OR CANCELLATIONS! SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS **Calendars open on the First Sunday of each month. (2 Months at a time) *If you are scheduling an appointment for any Full Weave Extensions or Wig installation, DO NOT SCHEDULE ANY LATER than 1pm or your appointment will be Cancelled without notice. How To Schedule an Appointment • Please Note: Confirmation email & Info will be sent immediately after booking. All communication(s) regarding install/service date and preparation(s) is done via e-mail. Please only list e-mails that are checked regularly. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that you receive/understand all details regarding service date/time and installation. PAYMENTS *DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE!!! NO Refunds, NO Exceptions! There is a $25 deposit required to book MOST services. After you have paid your deposit and set your appointment, please check your e-mail for confirmation and further details. Any disputed deposits by PayPal or any bank institutions, YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY BANNED from any bookings in the future. The remaining balance at the end of your appointment is to be paid in CASH ONLY, and please bring any change needed. LATE OR NO CALL NO SHOW I have a 20-minute grace period for all new clients. Communication is key! Please call/text me and let me know if you are running late. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled OR a $40 fee added to your service total. If you do not text/call/e-mail me to inform me of your absence (or have rescheduled) at least 24hrs. prior to your appointment date/time 2 different times, you will be banned and unable to book with me in the future. It is not my responsibility to contact you regarding your appointment, as it pertains to cancellations/reschedules. *No Call/No Show = No Appointment* COMPANY There is No Company Allowed to come with the booking client. You must come alone with NO Children or Parents.
