Welcome to the Luxury Natural Hair Life! It’s your girl Ashley also known as I AM CRAFT and I’m a Pro-stylist at Deeper Than Hair Salon located in West Philadelphia specializing in Natural Hair Care, Growth and Styling! PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS IN FULL BEFORE BOOKING AND/OR SUBMITTING AN INQUIRY. FAILURE TO MEET ALL TERMS WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL FEES AND/OR CANCELLATIONS! SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS **Calendars open on the First Sunday of each month. (2 Months at a time) No early booking unless you are booking for a Wedding, Celebrities or Traveling events** *If you are scheduling an appointment for any Full Weave Extensions or Wig installation, DO NOT SCHEDULE ANY LATER than 1pm or your appointment will be Cancelled without notice. How To Schedule an Appointment • Click on description of service. • Search for available date/time (if system does not allow you to schedule for certain day/time, it means that date is already taken). • Fill out client questionnaire. • Pay deposit. • Appointment secured • Wait for appointment Confirmation pop-up • Please Note: Confirmation email & Info will be sent immediately after booking. **For those needing to map out flights/travel times, please try to leave out at a reasonable time and that includes traffic and coming from a different state. Please be very mindful. HAIR REQUIREMENTS Hair must be at least 3-4 inches long throughout entire head. If you are unsure if your hair is 3-4inches long, take the tail end of a rat-tail comb and stretch your hair. If your hair does not reach more than half-way, please consult before booking. *For those with hair loss/thinning/alopecia, please book for Consultation before booking, so we can discuss best possible service for you. *If natural hair is longer than 14 inches (mid-back), there is an added fee of $20 for long hair. All communication(s) regarding install/service date and preparation(s) is done via e-mail. Please only list e-mails that are checked regularly. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that you receive/understand all details regarding service date/time and installation. PAYMENTS *DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE!!! NO Refunds, NO Exceptions! There is a $25 deposit required to book MOST services. After you have paid your deposit and set your appointment, please check your e-mail for confirmation and further details. Any disputed deposits by PayPal or any bank institutions, YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY BANNED from any bookings in the future. *By scheduling your appointment, you are agreeing to my Terms and Conditions. The remaining balance at the end of your appointment is to be paid in CASH ONLY, and please bring any change needed. LATE OR NO CALL NO SHOW I have a 20-minute grace period for all new clients. Communication is key! Please call/text me and let me know if you are running late. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled OR a $40 fee added to your service total. If you do not text/call/e-mail me to inform me of your absence (or have rescheduled) at least 24hrs. prior to your appointment date/time 2 different times, you will be banned and unable to book with me in the future. It is not my responsibility to contact you regarding your appointment, as it pertains to cancellations/reschedules. Policy For Reschedules **Each client is allowed 1 reschedule, after which the appointment will be cancelled, deposit forfeited and client will be responsible for scheduling a new appointment and paying a new deposit. *No Call/No Show = No Appointment* COMPANY Due to space restriction and the COVID epidemic, there is No Company Allowed to come with the booking client. You must come alone with NO Children or Parents.
